| Briarcrest alumnus of the class of 2012, Sarah Lawler has made art at a skillful rate since she was a wee girl. Her art won many awards throughout her years in high school in Briarcrest's art room. Sarah's art focuses on a visceral expression of any subject she explores. BCS is thrilled that her work would be the first to show in the Sparks Chapel Gallery for 2014-15. At present, she is getting a degree in Art Education from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, including an endorsement in mathematics. Sarah's work can be seen through the end of August in the Sparks Chapel Gallery and then the high school mezzanine through September. |
