MemShop is a support program offered by the City of Memphis to encourage businesses to rehabilitate empty storefronts in hopes of breathing new life into older areas. The store locations adopted by the program are called Pop-Up Villes.
Three years ago, they began the Christmas Pop-up @ Overton Square. This year the event is sponsored by Modern Handmade Memphis and the Memphis Etsy Team.
